Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized in Siriraj hospital between August 2017 to October 2019 2. 18 years of age or older 3. Positive blood culture for Candida spp.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Empirical antifungal treatment with fluconazole before disk diffusion susceptibility testing report 2. Patients who expected to dies within 48 hours 3. patients who do not receive antifungal agent
