Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All participants will have a chief complaint of LBP over than 3 months and age between 40-60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: the patients will be excluded from this study if there was the presence of initial or additional neurological deficits such as the change of sensory, motor or reflex, a contraindication to radiographic assessment, pregnancy, exhibited signs and symptom magnification as described by Waddell et al. (1980), and the inability to actively flex and extend the lumbar spine adequately to permit a radiological assessment of lumbar segmental movement due to incapacitating pain or severe muscle spasm.
