Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HCC patients undergoing hepatectomy ASA physical status 1-3 acceptable for epidural catheter insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent HCC patients Severe systemic disease Chronic opioid or sedative drug or alcohol uses Refuse for participation Immunocompromised patients Immunosuppressive drug received patients history of suspected malignant hyperthermia
