Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients age 18-75 years old in the Srinagarind Hospital between years 2019-2020 and receive a diagnosis of cirrhosis child-pugh A and B from any cause with presented esophageal varices by esophagogastroduodenoscopy. • Patients accept for endoscopic variceal ligation for primary prophylaxis upper gastrointestinal bleeding. • Voluntary to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications to endoscopic varices ligation under general anesthesia such as do not cooperate, patients with risk bleeding cannot be solved by providing blood components (INR> 1.5, platelet <80,000). • Patients had history of endoscopic variceal ligation or sclerotherapy or surgery. • Patients presents with ulcer or Barrett’s metaplasia at varices before endoscopic variceal ligation. • Patients do not stop antiplatelet at least 10 days. • Pregnancy or lactation. • Organ transplant. • Drug allergy (omeprazole or sucralfate or general anesthesia).
