Normal weight and overweight/obese individuals

Interventions

Physical performance measurement will use 1) 85%VO2peak by cycling ergometer for a cardiorespiratory test. The protocol is following the steps
warm up for 3 minutes&#44
start the first workload with the proper watts based on their background and health status for 3 minutes&#44
increased the workload every three minutes up to 5 workloads or until exhaustion and reach the stop criteria. The criteria to stop the test are composed with RER higher than 1.15&#44
a participant cannot maintain a constant pedal rate at least 60 rpm&#44
heart rate increase almost reach 85% of maximal heart rate&#44
rating of dyspnea and fatigue at least 9/10 and 18/20 respectively. 2) Hand grip dynamometer will use for the strength test. the dynamometer must be properly fit the size of participant’s hands. Th
extends the arm at their side with anywhere from 90&#45
180 degree elbow angle. The arm does not contact any part of the body. Three attempts are made with each hand. The highest value of both right and left hand record.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal weight individuals 1) Age 20 – 59 years 2) 18.5 < BMI < 23 kg.m&#45;2 3) No consumption of supplementation at least 3 months 4) No regular smoking and alcohol drinking Overweight and obese individuals 1) Age 20 – 59 years 2) 23 ≤ BMI ≥ 34.9 kg.m&#45;2 3) Not enrollment in any reducing weight program 4) No consumption of supplementation at least 3 months 5) No regular smoking and alcohol drinking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy 2) Abnormal EKG 3) Diagnosis with hypertension 4) Diagnosis with dyslipidemia 5) Diagnosis with type 2 diabetes mellitus 6) Diagnosis with kidney and liver diseases 7) Chronic infectious diseases 8) Autonomic neuropathy 9) Bone fracture
