Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of healthy control include age between 30 and 60 years old, Non type two diabetes mellitus, normal resting EKG, lack of any chronic diseases and chronic infections such as HIV, hepatitis and TB, have no consumption any supplementary at least 3 months, lack of any regular exercise program for at least 6 months and live in Khon Kaen Province, Thailand. For T2DM, the inclusion criteria include age between 30 and 60 years old, being diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus for at least 12 months, being treated with oral diabetic drugs only (no insulin injection), receiving lipid-lowing drugs or anti-hypertensive drugs, sedentary and lack of any regular exercise program for at least 6 months and living in Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal resting EKG, chronic diseases and chronic infections such as HIV, hepatitis and TB, have consumption any supplementary at least 3 months, have a regular exercise program for at least 6 months. For T2DM, being diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus early than 12 months, being treated with insulin injection.
