Interventions

A. Intervention The intervention consists of (1) screening and assessment of family burden and long term care LTC capacity&#44
(2) care capacity building for family care givers&#44
(3) care prevention training for older adults and (4) respite care service for family with difficulty for caregiving. In the process (1)&#44
a basic health&#45
check&#44
blood pressure check and BMI assessment will be provided for the study participants. If any disease is suspected through the health&#45
appropriate recommendations by health professionals to connect them with existing healthcare services will be provided. This is considered beneficial for study participants. Control group will receive
check followed by appropriate recommendations by healthcare professionals. 1) Screening and assessment of family burden and LTC capacity After obtaining informed consent&#44
screening of the families will be conducted to assess the capacity and burden for caregiving of each family with older adults. The detail of screening environment is described below. What to screen:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for study participants are (1) persons over 60 and their family caregivers (2) either male or female (3) residents in study site districts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are (1) persons over 60 or their family caregivers without informed consent (2) persons who cannot understand the explanation for informed consent with any language support
