Inclusion criteria: OPD card of patients who visit the diabetic foot clinic in Chulalongkorn university at least 2 times in 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: OPD card of patients who visit the diabetic foot clinic in Chulalongkorn university only 1 time in 6 months
