Inclusion criteria: Unilateral total knee arthroplasty patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of tranexamic acid allergy History of Venous Thromboembolism Event (VTE) Bilateral Total knee Arthroplasty patient Patient denied to recruited Patient can not decided by him/herself
