Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - An adult patients (18-70 year of age) who has been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe OSA defined by AHI more than 15 events/hours and optimal pressure titration was achieved, defined by RDI <5 event per hour at such pressure which is determined by split-night polysomnography
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Denial of CPAP - Previous exposure to CPAP - Unable to achieve optimal pressure - Indicated to use other form of PAP or oxygen therapy - Central Sleep Apnea - Co-morbidities such as severe cardiopulmonary disease - Cognitive barrier - Plan to travel or migrate recently
