Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: proximal femur fracture, femoral nail operation, ASA I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: need of postoperative intensive care admission, chronical analgesic use, norological imparement at lower extremities, coagulopathy
