Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The volunteers who had aged 60 and over to 80 years were recruited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to traditional Thai massage were considered the following condition who were exempted. There are consist of a) fever throughout the body b) acute inflammatory tissue condition c) dermatitis may be contacted by touch d) bone fracture and/or mobility is not good e) the area where the wound is open or where the wound begins to close f) drunk, unconscious or exhausted g) uncontrolled hypertension (Systolic ≥160 mmHg, Diastolic ≥100 mmHg) h) thrombophlebitis i) abdominal aneurysm j) hemophilia k) bone thinning or osteoporosis
