Combined cognitive and aerobic exercise group will participate in 24 60 min training sessions focusing on combined board games and aerobic exercise for 8 weeks,Aerobic exercise group will participate

65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.65~85 years old 2.MMSE score Graduate from elementary school: mini mental state examination (MMSE) score > 23 Did not graduate from elementary school: MMSE score >16 3.Pre-frail or frail older adult (SOF criteria) 4.Be able to walk 10 meters without a walking aid

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as dementia 2.Have a history of hospitalization in the past 3 months 3.Have a history of neurological disease or cardiopulmonary disease that restricts participants from attending this experiment
