Paracetamol 1 gm (100ml) IV drip in 15 minutes during 15-
30minutes before moving into Operation room,
NSS 1.5 ml IV bolus before moving into operation room,NSS100 ml IV drip in 15 minutes during 15-
30minutes before moving into Operation room ,
then Giving fentanyl 1 mcg/kg IV before moving into Operation room

18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Weight more than 50 kg BMI less than 30 Out patient for colonoscopy ASA class I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Communication problem Allergy to propofol fentanyl paracetamol midazolam severe hepatorebal insufficiency Severe hemodynamic instability History of Drug abuse Pregnancy Difficult AW Emergency for colonoscopy Refusal
