Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female 2. Age 20-30 years 3. Healthy body and mind 4. Normal body mass index (18.5-23 kg/m2)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular smoking or alcohol drinking 2. Unhealthy mind
