Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male participants within the age of 18 - 25 years old 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) within 18.5 – 24.9 kg/m2 3. Hamstring muscle tightness by having 160º or lower passive knee extension angle 4. Consent to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of injury at the spine, hip, knee, anterior thigh muscles or posterior thigh muscles within 6 months prior to date of participation 2. Joint contractures or deformities 3. Neuromuscular disorders 4. Cardiovascular disorders 5. Regular exercise more than 3 times per week 6. Using any medication which affects the musculoskeletal system such as Anti-inflammation drugs or pain killer
