Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with diagnosis as myofascial pain syndrome at neck and upper back by Travel and Simon criteria 2. The symptom persist not more than 6 months 3. 18-70 years old patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who had been treated with Trigger point injection or dry needling at neck and upper back in 1 month 2. The patients who had undergone neck or shoulder surgery in 1 year 3. The patients with diagnosis as Fibromyalgia 4. The patients with diagnosis as Cervical radiculopathy or Myelopathy 5. Take blood-thinning medications including warfarin (Coumadin), or diagnosis as bleeding tendency disorder 6. History of Using Vitamin B in last 1 month 7. The Patients with intellectual or communication disabilities 8. Allergy to Lidocaine or Vitamin B
