20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 20 years old Stage IV NSCLC patients by the 7th TNM staging in Songklanakarind Hospital ECOG-PS* 0-2 Participants received platinum-based as first-line chemotherapy. Pathological tissue was sufficient for immunohistochemistry test. Available thoracic imaging for evaluation of chemotherapy response *ECOG-PS= Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group-Performance Status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients had other cancer. Patients had secondary lung metastasis from other cancer. Patients received concurrent treatment with surgical resection or radiotherapy. Patients decide best supportive care and denied chemotherapy. No available thoracic imaging for evaluation of chemotherapy response
