18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - BMI between 18.5-24.5 kg/m2 - A history of significant ankle sprain at least 12 months with pain, swelling and restricted physical activity at least 1 day - The recent lateral ankle sprain had occurred more than 3 months before enrollment - Participants had giving way and/or recurrent sprain and/or feelings of instability at least 2 episodes within the previous 6 months - Less than or equal 25 scores of Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool(CAIT) - Had a score of the Foot and Ankle Ability Measure (FAAM) in sport subscale below 85% - Positive single leg balance test - Have a unilateral or bilateral CAI and in case of bilateral CAI, the limb with a lower score of a self-reported questionnaire will be chosen for monitoring and data analysis - Playing in team sports such as basketball, volleyball or individual sports such as badminton, running at least 1.5 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A history of previous surgeries or fracture to the musculoskeletal structures in lower extremities - In the previous 3 months had acute injury of lower extremities such as hip, knee, ankle and foot - Any neurological pathologies such as spinal cord injury and brain injury - Vision deficits including myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism are not yet corrected by glasses or contact lens, or refractive surgery - Diagnosed as vestibular deficits including dizziness, imbalance, vertigo, etc.
