Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included all of the patients admitted to trauma ward in Siriraj Hospital who had trauma-related acute pain with the onset of pain less than six weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were patients who are confused, had alteration of consciousness, had abnormal cognitive function or psychiatric diseases and those who can not communicate. And if the patients later become uncommunicable or had alteration of cognitive function, they would be withdrawn from this research.
