The participants will be trained by a weighted vest with 10% BW. The participants will put on the weighted vest with extra-load 10% body weight and practice 10 sets of 1 min, rest 60 sec, 3 times, kne

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly age ranging between 60 to 80 years old. 2.Received information and signed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) serious musculoskeletal problems such as a history of musculoskeletal disorders i.e. severe back pain, hip and ankle pain, lumbar spondylosis, spinal stenosis, osteoporosis. 2).uncontrolled serious medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or heart diseases. 3) uncontrolled psychological disorders will be excluded.
