Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Painless soft tissue and bone tumor(+metas) with soft tissue extension, tumor like lesion that need to core needle biopsy Any age and sex First time for biopsy No have pain other site and need medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Soft tissue tumor that need to others technique for biopsy Recurrence soft tissue tumor Weakness or numbness of area that biopsy Not full consciousness or not cooperate patient Allergy to NSAID Renal impairment
