Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) non-active TED patients with MRD1 of more than 4.5 mm in one eye (retracted eye) and not less than 2.5 mm in the other eye (normal eye). Non-active TED patient was defined as one with clinically and serologically euthyroid and had stable TED signs and symptoms for at least 6 months; (2) positive phenylephrine test on the normal eye.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Negative phenylephrine test on the normal eye. 2. Refuse to have the operation (MMCR) on the normal eyelid.
