viewing angle laparoscope in visualising the rectus abdominal muscle&#44
inferior epigastric vessel&#44
and upper border of bladder before ancillary port insertion in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. After that&#44
The 52 video records of both angles lens are copied and assess by the expert and non&#45
expert groups.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery according to their schedules between 1st August 2015 and 30th November 2015 in the operative theatre, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Songklanagarind Hospital, Thailand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous Maylard technique laparotomy 2) Body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m2 3) Pregnancy 4) Age < 18 years old.
