Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women with normal pre&#45;pregnancy BMI (18.5&#45;22.9 kg/m2)&#44; of any age&#44; at <18 weeks gestation&#44; and confirmed by ultrasound examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: took steroid medication&#44; had pre&#45;gestational diabetes&#44; and uncontrolled medical problems; such as&#44; thyrotoxicosis&#44; fetal malformation&#44; and/or multifetal gestation
