Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women with normal pre-pregnancy BMI (18.5-22.9 kg/m2), of any age, at <18 weeks gestation, and confirmed by ultrasound examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: took steroid medication, had pre-gestational diabetes, and uncontrolled medical problems; such as, thyrotoxicosis, fetal malformation, and/or multifetal gestation
