Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: children diagnosed asthma or suspected asthama with acute asthmatic attack atER with any of asthma severety
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: BPD or chronic lung disease comorbid heart disease previously use systemic steroid in 7 days previously use high dose nebulized steroid for acut exacerbation before coming to the hospital
