Interventions

The intervention part was randomized to treat with FRAC3 Nd:YAG laser 1064 nm at 1.6 ms pulse width&#44
spot size 6 mm and fluence of 25 j/cm2. Subjects received four consecutive treatments at 4&#45
week intervals. ,The control parwhile was treated with sham irradiation. Subjects received four consecutive treatments at 4&#45

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adult subjects, aged 18 or older 2 Have KP symmetrically affecting the upper outer arms 3 Never received any laser treatments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with history of hypertrophic scar or keloid 2 Pregnant or lactating 3 Other active skin diseases in the involved areas 4 Photosensitive conditions 5 Tattoo/nevus on the involved areas
