18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai Tinnitus patients not younger than 18 years old 2. Chronic tinnitus for more than 3 months 3. Tinnitus with tonal or narrow-band noise characteristics 4. Willing to discontinue tinnitus pharmacological therapy for at least 1 month before the music therapy begin 5. Thai language and able to give consent independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected or confirmed the diagnosis of objective tinnitus 2. Active psychiatric or central neurological disorders 3. Broadband or white noise tinnitus 4. Intermittent Tinnitus 5. Pure tone average of better ear more than 70 dB HL 6. Initial THI score less than 10
