Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are going to have emergency operation 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is I-III 3.Age > 18 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2.Previous gastric or lower esophageal surgery 3.Known abnormalities of the upper GI tract (such as hiatus hernia and gastric tumor) 4.Any oral premedication given within 6h before arrival in the operating theatre 5.Patient refusal 6.Patients who cannot be in right lateral decubitus position 7.True emergency 8.On ETT 9.BMI > 50
