Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age more than 18 years old diagnosed keloid by the experience surgeon need to treat with intralesion excision follow by Triamcinolone acetonide injection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: alleric reaction to Triamcinolone acetonide
