Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: trigger finger gr 1-3 in Ramathibodi hospital patient duration of symptom 3 wk -6 mo no history of steroid injection at trigger site willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: trigger thumb coagulopathy diabetes mellitus Hb A1C >7.5 skin infection at treatment site pregnancy
