The participants were asked to study in the simulating situation by sitting in the ergonomic chair desk for 130 minutes. The EMG of neck and shoulder and the posture of the body were assessed during t

18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male participants 2. Aged between 18-25 years 3. Body mass index 18.5-22.9 kgs/m^2 4. Hight between 160-185 cm. 5. Right-handed 6. Normal eye sight or one that can be correct with glasses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Forward posture or round shoulder 2. Abnormal eye sight that can not be correct with glasses 3. Degenerative spine symptom with nerve root radiculopathy 4. Rheumatoid or gouty arthritis 5. Deformities of Upper or lower extremities 6. Abdominal and thoracic surgery within 1 year 7. Surgery in neck or thoracic area
