Interventions

exercise interventions including postural correction&#44
contraction of the cervical muscles and suboccipital muscle stretching. 1. Postural correction: Consisting of three elements&#44
starting with pelvis&#44
followed by scapular correction and occipital lift. The participants will be asked to maintain the position for 10 seconds each time. The postural correction will be performed every hour (from 9 am to
with 5 repetitions for each time. Practice hours can be modified if necessary. 2. Co&#45
contraction of the cervical muscles: The exercise will be performed with the participant self&#45
resistance isometric craniocervical flexion&#44
and cervical rotation (right and left). Each exercise will be held for 10 seconds with 10 repetitions a day in the evening for 4 weeks. 3. Suboccipital muscle stretching: The participants will be ask

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No history of neck and shoulder pain for the past year 2. No any musculoskeletal problems/conditions that could affect outcomes (e.g. torticollis, scoliosis, back pain, ankle pain, and myofascial pain) 3. Not an athlete 4. No restriction of cervical segments as assessed by manual examination
