Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: currently receive other treatments eg. topical/oral treatments, iontophoresis history of botulinum toxin injection on the palm and sole pregnant patients or lactating infection or wound at the palm and sole history of skin diseases or conditions that might interfere with the treatment outcome history of allergic to botulinum toxin type A and its component eg. albumin currently on immunosuppressive drugs history of skin cancer
