20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 20-45 yr 2.symptom of dysmenorrhea or pelvic pain moderate to severe by numerical analog scale that have diagnosis clinical endometriosis , endometriotic cyst and adenomyosis 3.no need for pregnancy 4.not virgin 5.stop other treatment for 2 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.contraindication for contraceptive pill 2.BMI>30kg/m2 3.Family history of cancer : breast , endometrium , leiomyosarcoma , ovary , colon 4.family history of vein thrombosis
