Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Are 18 or older. 2) Smoke at least 1 cigarette within the last 30 days. 3) Be interested in quitting smoking in the next one month. 4) Be accessible to a mobile that meets the smoking cessation application requirements. 5) Be accessible to an internet connection. 6) Be able to communicate in the Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Use pharmacotherapy for smoking cessation in the last 30 days. 2) Use other forms of tobacco apart from cigarettes in the last 30 days. 3) Participate in other smoking cessation programs.
