Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease patients who have creatinine-based estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) below 10 mL/ min/ 1.73 m2 BSA, no contraindications for dialysis treatment, and have previously been counsellled by CKD care team.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those patients who could not be reached, or did not have family members available for interview, or could not communicate because of visual, hearing or cognitive impairment.
