Conditions

Novel technique for paravertebral block Costotransverse foramen block&#44

Interventions

after move the cadaver to prone position and identify T4 transverse process in ultrasound view. A 22&#45
G block needle was inserted in a caudad&#45
cephalad direction until the tip gently attach the inferior edge of transverse process and posterior to the costotransverse foramen. A total of 20 ml of dye injectate was injected.,In this group&#44
G block needle was inserted in a cephalad&#45
caudad direction until the tip lay in the interfascial plane between rhomboid major and erector spinae muscle. A total of 20 ml of dye injectate was injected

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Spread in dye into Paravertebral space after Costotransverse foramen block was done during procedure spread of dye to ventral rami in paravertebral space

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of spread of dye injectate between Costotransverse foramen and Erector spinae plane block during procedure direct vision and dissect of cadaver for observe the spread of dye injectate in paravertebral space, incidence of nerve injury after Costotransverse foramen block during procedure dissection after Costotransverse foramen block was done
