Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Thai women aged 10 years and above who are willing to remove one rod contraceptive implant
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Allergic to anesthetic methods (Lidocaine and ethyl chloride spray) -Underlying dermatologic condition that will be aggravated by cold temperature -Infection at the area of contraceptive implant removal -Using anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs -The contraceptive implant rod is too deep to be palpated -Willing to reinsert the contraceptive implant after removal -Unable to communicate -Recieve pain killer within 6 hours before implant removal
