18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai or foreigner adult age more than 18 years old 2. Be able to communicate in English 3. Foreigner traveler who come from low-endemic country stay in Thailand more than 3 months 4. Thai traveler travel to higher endemic country of tuberculosis (compare to Thailand) 5. Duration of trip are between 3-12 months 6. Be able to commplete blood test 7. No active tuberculosis and normal past 3 months chest X-ray 8. Be able to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Travelers need anti-tuberculosis drugs 2. Travelers who previously diagnosed with tuberculosis in the past 10 years 3. History of contact tuberculosis patients 4. Immunocompromised travelers 5. Health care workers and immigrants
