Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men aged between 50-75 year old 2. Whose got the LUTS atleast 6 months 3. Whose got IPSS score between 8-19 4. Whose got prostate size 》30 cm^3 5. Whose got Qmax between 5-15 ml/s 6. Whose got PSA level 《 4 ng/ml 7. GFR > 60 ml/min, BUN 6- 20 mg/dL,Cr 0.7 - 1.3 mg/dL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Urethral stricture and/or bladder neck disease active or recent < 3 months 2. Recurrent urinary tract i fection 3. Urinary retention 4. Indication of BPH surgery 5. Bladder or urethral stone 6. Acute or chronic prostatitis 7. Prostate or bladder cancer 8. Interstitial cystitis 9. Active upper trqct stones disese scausing symptoms 10. Surgery of prostate, bladder neck and pelvic region 11. Local or systemic inflammation disorder 12. Orthostatic hypotenion 13. History of neurogenic or psychiatric disorder/disease interfering with detrusor or sphincter muscle 14. Insulin- dependent diabetes mellitus and non-controlled non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus 15. History of chronic renal insufficiency 16. History of severe hepa5ic failure or other severe underlying diseses 17. History of abdominal surgery
