Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: mothers of preterm infants GA < 32 weeks or birth weight < 1500 g admitted in Thammasat university hospital within 7 days of life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mother&#45;infant dyads who has contraindication to breastfeeding such as HIV infection&#44; inborn errors of metabolism
