Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with SUI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with pelvic organ prolapse more than stage I. That is the maximum prolapse is at 1 cm above hymen or below this point 2.patients who have recurrent cystitis 3.patients who have undergone anti-incontinence surgery before 4.patients whose BMI>30 kg/m2 5. pregnancy 6.patients who have vaginal pathology or current infection 7.patients who have abnormal uterine bleeding with unknown cause 8.laser allergy
