The subjects will be assigned to regularly use the given protective hand cream (1 fingertip unit/time) after washing their hands and recorded their frequency of hand washing,
glove wearing in each shift and wet-
work at home ex. laundry,

Age
20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy heath-care workers: – Frequency of hand washing > 10 times/shift (8 hours) – Working time more than 8 shifts/2 weeks – Willing to refrain from using any other hand lotions/creams except those dispense for the study – Willing to stop using current hand lotions/creams for 2 weeks (wash out period)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: – Active skin diseases of their hands – Use of anti-inflammatory drugs – Use of immunosuppressive drugs – Regularly use of high dose antihistamine – History of allergic to substances containing in the study products
