18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male 18&#45;35 years 2.Being Prehypertension condition (Systolic blood pressure 120&#45;129 mmHg and Diastolic blood pressure < 80 mmHg) 3.No problems about communication and agree to join the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis by doctor &#45; Chronic kidney disease &#45; Coarctation of the Aorta &#45; Cushing syndrome &#45; Pheochromocytoma &#45; Primary aldosteronism &#45; Sleep apnea&#44; Parathyroid disease 2. Drugs using &#45; Contraceptive pill &#45; Angiotensin receptor blocker&#44; Corticosteroid&#44; NSIADs &#45; Calcineurin inhibitor &#45; Phenylpropanolamine &#45; Cyclosporine &#45; Erythropoietin &#45; Sibutramine 3.Orthostatic hypotension 4.Alcohol drinking more than 2 glasses 5.Caffeine taking more than 100 mg/day 6.BMI over 24.9 kg/m2
