Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A 61-year-old man had treated with methadone maintenance treatment (MMT), and had received radical prostatectomy for localized prostate cancer two years ago and was receiving ADT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient was received with 40mg Degarelix daily and methadone syrup with a daily dose of 50mg. The patient was entered to the treatment process with complaints of fatigue, impulsivity, and sleepless.
