Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: the inclusion criteria of healthy participants were (1) the ability to walk 10m independently without any assistive device, (2) without any neurological, cardiopulmonary, or orthopedic disease might interfere the walking performance (3) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) ≧24. The inclusion criteria of PD participants are (1) Diagnosed idiopathic Parkinson’s disease, (2) Hoehn and Yahr stage between 1 and 3, (3) ability to walk 10 meters independently without an assistive device, (4) ability to use upper extremity to hold a tray for motor dual task assessment, (5) stable medical condition, and (6) MMSE score ≧24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of malignant tumors, 2) any neurological or orthopaedic disease affects this experiment, 3) history of mental illness (within five years), alcohol addiction(within 12 months), or have intake central nervous system drugs (eg anti-epileptic drugs, anti-depressant drugs, sleeping pills) in the most recent month. 1. any tumor in previous or present 1 Unstable physical condition 2 Participants who have neurological psychiatry illness or diagnosis learning disability can t take part in the experiment group
