Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI 18.5-22.9 kg/m2 2. Fasting blood glucose < 100 mg/dL 3. Fasting total cholesterol < 200 mg/dL 4. Fasting triglyceride < 150 mg/dL 5. Fasting LDL cholesterol < 130 mg/dL 6. Blood pressure < 120/80 mg/dL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Metabolic disease (such as diabetes, hypertention, etc.) 2. Pregnancy and lactation 3. Medical conditions and/or taking medication known to affect glycemia 4. Intolerances or allergies to test foods such as gluten and rice intolerance or gastrointestinal problems 5. Smoker and alcohol user
