Benjakul remedy extract cream at dose of 2 grams 3 times daily for 14 days,Diclofenac gel at dose of 2 grams 3 times daily for 14 days

Eligibility

Age
40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 40 – 80 years, will be eligible. 2.Get a physical examination and diagnosis of primary osteoarthritis on every one. 3.Knee pain 3 or more when the evaluation by VAS. 4.No severe symptoms of other diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI >32 2.Patients have congenital disease, history of peptic ulcer, diabetes, history of diseases related with cardiac system, liver disease, and kidney disease. 3.Patients have history of allergy to herbs and Diclofenac.
