Interventions

Sniff test positive group is defined as abnormal excursion of the diaphragm during sniffing.,Sniff test negative group is defined as normal excursion of the diaphragm during sniffing.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic brachial plexus injured patients age equal or more than 18 years old 2. Schedule for brachial plexus exploration with or without nerve transfer operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant cervical or thoracic spinal cord injury with neurological deficit 2. Pre-existing chest wall, rib and/or thoracic spinal abnormality 3. Pre-existing lung, diaphragm and/or phrenic nerve injury 4. Uncorporative and/or incomprehensive participant
